How should the mouth-support strap fit?
Supportive, never restrictive. Test it while awake and stop immediately if breathing feels restricted.
Who should avoid mouth-support products?
Do not use with nasal blockage, breathing concerns, nausea, suspected sleep apnea, after alcohol or sedatives, or on children. Ask a qualified clinician if unsure.
Do these products change facial structure or treat snoring?
No. They are wellness accessories and do not reshape the face or treat snoring, sleep apnea, or another condition.
Where do you deliver?
We currently accept US delivery addresses only. Available delivery methods are shown at checkout, and tracking is sent after fulfillment.
Can I cancel an order?
Request cancellation through the contact form immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after supplier processing begins.
Can I return my order?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unopened; hygiene-sensitive products cannot normally be returned after opening unless damaged, defective, or required by law.
