Make peace a part of your night.
A deliberately small collection of sleep-environment essentials—made to make winding down feel quieter, darker, and less complicated.
A calmer evening routine
Three calmer cues for bedtime.
Consistency makes winding down feel effortless. Give your body the same simple signals each evening.
Dim the room
Use the contoured mask to make the space feel darker and create a clear boundary between the day and rest.
Lower the noise
Choose reusable earplugs when a quieter personal sleep setting would help you settle.
Let the day go
Settle in, put the phone away, and let your familiar nighttime cues do the rest.
Questions before lights out
Clear answers for better sleep.
How should the mouth-support strap fit?
It should feel supportive, never restrictive. Adjust it while awake and confirm that you can breathe comfortably through your nose before sleeping.
Who should not use mouth-support products?
Do not use if you cannot breathe freely through your nose, have nasal blockage, respiratory concerns, nausea, or suspected sleep apnea. Do not use on children. Ask a qualified clinician if you are unsure.
What about cancellations and returns?
Request cancellation immediately. Returns can be requested within 30 days; opened hygiene-sensitive products are normally excluded unless damaged, defective, or required by law.
